Hi, I am the Co-Director of the Primary School Department at CenableCare. I’m passionate about helping young students grow in confidence, build strong learning habits, and discover what they are truly capable of. My experience in school and community settings has helped me and enabled me to take on various leadership roles, honing my creativity, communication skills, and teamwork. Also, I have led a primary school church team, where I worked closely with families and children, which taught me the importance of care, patience and fostering meaningful connections.

A key aspect in my journey has been offering support to Year 6 students as they prepare to transition into high school by helping them manage new expectations, understand their capabilities, and feel confident. My enthusiastic and encouraging approach to learning sets me apart. I want to build an ecosystem that is warm and positive for the students so that they feel safe and comfortable to engage, ask questions, and celebrate their progress.

I understand that every child does not learn the same way, so I try to adapt my style to fit the student’s personality, pace, and strengths. Whether I’m supporting general study skills or Maths, my goal is to keep the learning engaging, enjoyable and impactful. Helping students achieve academic success and build confidence gives me satisfaction.
